As a new owner, you may want to download the repair manual from http://goldwingdocs.com/index.asp, if you haven't done so already.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Congrats on the new 2 U Wing.
Awhile ago, we had a member who made some horn buttons for the '84s. Several of us bought them, including me, and they were every bit as good as the originals, if not better. Looking on my '84, the horn button and the starter button are the same with the exception of the word "Starter" on the latter.

You mike want to send Dale a PM or email asking if he has any buttons left. His user name on the site is diver4.

Looks like he hasn't been on for a year, my button is broken as well and that site that Purple GL1200 mentioned doesn't have them any longer. Ive got a spare right hand control looks like I'm gonna have to get off my but and change it out (I hate messing with the push pull cables)
Dale is still producing the horn buttons, but when I contacted him about the start button he wasn't making them... Look on ebay, he has the horn buttons posted for sale there, somewhere around $10 US
