Hello all, I came across this multifunction gauge set that I would like to pick up for my '84 Goldwing Interstate. I was wondering if anyone already had one of these on their bike and could tell me about it and more importantly what all would be involved in hooking it up.

Thanks in advance.
It looks interesting. For a voltmeter, you don't need special connections as far as I know. If I had to connect a voltmeter, I would connect it to the accessoire connection on the fuse block in the dummy tank. For a temperature meter you do need a connection somewhere. I would check the wiring diagram in a workshop manual if I were you.
I think the altitude meter is a standalone thing that just needs power.
Just my 2 cents.
I went ahead and bought it today. I am hoping that my local Honda dealer can give me a print out of the wiring diagram for this as it would be a major improvement over the GL1100 voltmeter that is currently in that spot.
I got that gauge in the mail today, and got it plugged into my bike. The ambient temperature gauge and the volt meter work perfectly. The multifunction gauge will turn the backlight on but nothing is showing up on the display.

It would be cooler if it all worked, but the Honda branded digital voltmeter made it worthwhile to me by itself.
Update: After a lot of researching, I found out that the multi gauge is actually a Hondaline Chronometer and that it actually runs off of a coin cell CR 2025 battery. The wires coming out of the back only serve as a backlight.

I soldered in a new battery, and it works like new!
Great that it works. I guess it looks good on your bike.
