GL1200 GOLDWINGS

Does anybody know if the three yellow wires in the separate plug at the regulator are the same three down by the battery comming from the stator.I wanted to run new wires but wanted to check first.

They should be the same wires. If you want to be sure stick a pin in them and check them for continuity with a VOM.

On the Ltd it seems that there is a separate 2 pin plug for two of the three yellow wires going to the regulator.

Only going by the schematic, I havnt seen one in the flesh so to speak
