New member from Wisconsin

Hello everybody! I guess I should've introduced myself some time ago but I didn't know where to post it. It finally dawned upon me that this was the place. I've been actively motorcycling with my wife since 1989. When I was in high school in 1948 I built the motorcycle scooter combination, using piper cub airplane wheels, a seven horse sallsbury engine, and in 1909 Indian transmission. Believe it or not I have a picture of it, and probably should post it, but I won't. I traded it for a car in 1948 when I went to college, and didn't have another motorcycle until 1988, 40 years! Then I figured I wasn't getting any younger, the kids were grown, and so I might as well. It's a long list.

78 vintage gold wing which was for my son
03 ST 1300 which we rode to Yellowstone
05 Yamaha XT 225 which is a wonderful dirtbike
86 Honda Aspin cade with sidecar which is what we are writing now.

Since my wife and I are just about 80 the kids were suggesting that we needed more than two wheels, so now we have three.

We're looking forward to trips back to the Rockies and elsewhere this summer!
