Air Compressor breakdown?
Who has an air compressor breakdown that shows how the compressor comes apart? Obviously, I disassembled this one and didn't get it back together correctly. It works but blows air back thru the intake tube.

Any clues?

That is a very good breakdown of the air suspension system, but I'm looking for a breakdown of the compressor.

Since the initial post, I have gotten the pump to work correctly, but the relief valve on the head of the compressor releases at about 25psi, not enough for the rear shocks. Using an external hand pump causes the relief valve to open at about 25psi. I've tried using a stronger spring, but that didn't make any difference.

Suggstions?

From the manual:

Air Compressor lnspection
Use a 12V battery to energize the pump motor and check its operation.

NOTE: Do not disassemble the air compressor
