Wheel mount issue

Hi I'm a new goldwing owner. I decided to replace my front tire. Everything went ok just everything was really tight. I went to put the wheel back on and one of the bolts broke for the saddle. Is there a way to fix this or do I have to replace the fork. Other than the bolt breaking everything else looks ok am I able to still ride it like it is??
