Front Wheel Mod

Hey Guys, I was looking at pictures of GL 1200 when I can across a GL 1200 with a front wheel conversion to a GL1500 front wheel with chrome wheel and brake covers and it got me thinking how hard is this conversion to do , it really looks nice. Any help would be appreciate. I hope I posted this in the right section...
