WHAT WAS THE BASIC AUDIO ON AN 84 GL..RADIO/TAPE..CB ?
When the 84I was in the showroom, what did it offer in the way of audio systems? and where were they located ?
Iam trying to keep mine as close to the original look as possible.

The Interstate models 84-through 87 did not have an audio system of any kind. Only the Aspencade and Limited editions came with an audio system. If your Interstate is sporting a radio then it is an after market installed by a previous owner.
The only stupid questions are the one's that are not asked.

Thanks Tricky,
so when I install, the trick will be to make the CB or radio invisible. That will also help with the rain issue and the theft issue and the original issue.
Thats going to be a cool winter project but will look great.
