The Wire going through the 20 amp fuse supplies the main voltage, the 7.5 amp supplies the voltage for the memory.
If you look at the plug that goes into the radio. from left to right top row, Pin 6 is the main power, pin 7 is the memory power, Pin 8 or 9 is the ground. If you supply voltage to the wire going to the larger fuse, Pin 6 should read 12+V If you supply voltage to the wire going to smaller fuse, Pin 7 should read 12+
