3 Yellow wire plug chop

I am sure I have seen a post on here detailing how to do the 3 Yellow Wire plug chop and hardwire, with photo's, but I can't find it.
Can anyone help? Also, what rated wire/cable should I use? Thanks, Hamish Cancel at that, all I need to know now is what guage wire to add as the wires are too short. 12ga? |

i used 12gauge, it is pretty easy. just cut and weld one by one
