Not to long ago there was a 1200 here in Florida that someone put a blower on , I will see if I can find the info on it. They sold it on Craigslist back in July or August this past year.

Vic,

I believe that they were deleted when Marty had to rebuild the site.

Too bad the pix didn't make it with the transfer.... =( Always interested in looking at other folks' set ups. I have run a Holley 2110 2 barrel on my GL 1100 for about five years now. It's sitting on a home made intake and has been the best improvement I have made to the bike in 20 years of owning it. Looking forward to checking out other designs as this is, in my opinion, one of the best "alternative" Goldwing sites on the net.
The pic is my "high tech" way of making the carb fit within the bike frames... A big hammer is always a handy tool to have around the house. =) If you are adventurous (and/or poor like me), I have "how to" steps and pix on my site for converting your stock Goldwing airbox into a sealed intake manifold. It's a fairly easy and very cheap conversion and has held up well. Swing by Squirts' Biker Page to check it out. http://www.htc.net/~squirts

The setup looks nice but I would be afraid of instability due to the cut frame.
Definately NOT STREET LEGAL here in Germany, don't know elsewhere.
Long time ago I figured out a Holley 390cfm 4bbl is the way to go.

Before building a manifold, a Ford guy came and made me an offer I could not resist, so I sold the carb but still have pics here
