My temp gauge doesnt move at all. When motor warms up the fan kicks in,so I guess the thermostat is working ok. Any ideas???

It is the thermostatic fan switch which control the fan not the thermostat, obviously that is working OK

it could be the temperature sensor which has gone bad.

You would need to remove it in order to test it.
