Headset works but no sound from speakers on 85 Ltd

Any ideas on why our speakers emit no sound, however the headset works? This is a new/old bike to us and we would like to get this fixed. Thanks for any help.

Providing you have the settings correct, the only other thing would be the amplifier. It doesnt serve the headsets.
The only stupid questions are the one's that are not asked.

Make sure the button on the control is set to hs (headset) rather than speaker. Sorry, that's all I can offer.

Welcome to the Site!!!
Look at the radio face. The three left buttons are labeled: VOLUME, MUTE LEVEL, and INT COM. Below the INT COM label there's a sub label that says: PUSH SP/HS. Push that button in and see what happens!

I pushed the button that switches it from Head Set to Speakers early on to no avail. Wondering about the amplifier as well. Didn't know if there was some troublesome hidden bug that you guys would shed some light on or not. I hate electrical troubleshooting. Thanks for your help.

it could be something as simple as a cable unhooked or just not plugged in securely
