rear brake lever
I just bought a 86 Aspencade and added driver floorboards- The problem I'm having is the original brake pedal seems too short- and I have to lift my foot to apply rear brake!! is there such a thing as a longer pedal??

well poongebob,
I'm not sure what you mean by too short. as far as I know mine is the OEM pedal and Markland floorboards. this is what it looks like. and yes I have to lift my foot to brake but, I assumed that was normal. maybe one of the other guys will straiten me out?

Me too. Have lift off of floor board to put my foot on the peg then apply brake.

I think that you'll find them all pretty much the same. I have to lift my foot quite a bit to press on the brake pedal. Whatever you do DO NOT lower your brake pedal for comfort as you might find yourself in a dangerous situation in an emergency stop.
