I wave at all two (or three) wheelers. If it's not returned, the other rider has a problem, not me! :d

By the way, can you send in your info to the Members Database?

This is a Canadian-based site out of Ontario.

As for US gas prices, you're right. Lot less expensive to tour in the US as we discovered recently on our trip through Washington.

Off the subject a bit, but we pay the equivalent of $4.90 per Imperial gallon here for gas.

Fortunately, we have a diesel Jetta so the cost for fuel drops to $4.54 per Imperial gallon. Its a good thing we get 35 - 40 mpg around town and 55 mpg on the highway!

The local dealer charges about $10 per liter for the oil and the same for a filter. Add in taxes, and voila!

I paid $12.85 / liter. Actually, the container is not a full litre but 946ml so I guess the price per liter should be adjusted somewhat. Nonetheless, I'm happy with the oil and Wanda runs better. That's really all that counts. When I ran Honda 10W-40 dino, the oil and filter were changed every 3,000...

Like bluewing, I made the switch to Amsoil 10W-40 synthetic this spring and couldn't be happier. In addition to the benefits Lane noted, I was pleased to note that when we got back from our week-long trip this summer, the oil level was right where it had been when we left plus, the oil was virtually...

While Gary attends to other, more important matters, I've taken over the database for the time being. That being said, I'm asking any members - new or old - who haven't submitted their relevant data yet to do so now. It only takes a minute or less and will really make this project worthwhile. Thanks.
