I have something that I find bothersome. Between my instrument display and the clear outer cover is a dead spider and a few webs. Is there a way for me to get in there and clean it out?

I'm going to order a new wind shield so I will do this when the weather warms a little. Over the last few weeks I've been working outside on carb removal/reinstallation among other things. i have a garage but the lighting is horrible.

Taking the screen off on the 1200 is literally a 10 min job. Had to do it this weekend. Remove the four bolts holding the mirrors on. You then prise the chrome cover off from the front ( I inserted a screwdriver just above the headlamp and gently lifted it). There are then 4 screws holding the screen in place.
