This is most likely because the wing has an integrated front/rear brake system...your rear brake foot pedal operates one side of your front brakes and your hand control operates the other side. and I think most people tend to apply more pressure on the front brake .

The left caliper is controlled by the hand brake lever, the rear and right caliper are unified.
Most riders tend to use the hand brake this would account for the wear. From Honda Workshop Manual: Brakes Service Information CAUTION This motorcycle has a unified brake system which provides simultaneous braking action of the right front and rear disc brakes when the brake pedal is operated. The hand brake lever operates the left front disc brake, which is independent of the unified system. A motorcycle's front brake provides 3/4 of the stopping power.

Check the head bearings for the correct torque, if they are too loose it could be a cause of your wobble.
The actual Honda manual tells you the torque but also tells you to use the scale on both sides of the bars and divide the resultant measurements by two. Block up the front wheel. "Hook a spring scale on the handlebars 40cm(15.7") from the center of the steering stem nut. With the scale 90 deg to the handlebars, pull on it and measure the force required to move the handlebars. Do this on both left and right sides. add the left and right measurements and divide the total by two to get the average initial force. Standard total average initial force 500-650 grams (17.6- 22.9oz) Maximum difference between left and right side 300 grams (10.5oz)

OK lets see if the tire change and bearings have a play in the wobble, keep us posted.
I never look at the person who posts just at the problems.
