What's that hole for?
There is a hole in the rubber filler piece that goes between the fairing and the forks on the left side. The hole is located towards the front. I have looked through my manuals and can't seem to find anything. Can someone tell me what that hole is for? Having that hole there and not knowing what it's for just bugs me

I believe you're talking about the hole for the headset cord. Just below the left speaker? I take it you don't have intercom capability?

Headset cord...that makes sense. You are correct, glhonda, no extra goodies on my Interstate. Has anyone found another use for this hole other than just plugging it up? Thoughts or suggestions?

My 1984 Aspencade doesn't have the Intercom or CB either. I believe both were options.
