Well....that was interesting !!
I agree. I was surprised how fast the bike shut down. I've never been a fan of ABS either EXCEPT when they started building trucks with air brakes and ABS. The first time I had to make a quick stop in the rain with over 100,000 pounds behind me and it didn't slip & slide sold me!

The front and rear linked brakes on these Beasties work great!! I've made several panic stops on mine and the only time I've ever locked up the rear tire on mine was,, (Naturaly!!), when I was taking my riding test for my motorcycle endorsement!!! I didn't pass and finaly figured out that the tires were cold because I trailered the bike to the test. I rode there the next time and passed with flying colors!!
