Called HEL today to order a complete set of lines.The person I talked to said they were having issues with the 86 aspy in that there seemed to be about 3 different types of lines that were used on these bikes.He said that the only way to be certain that I get the right lines is to take off my old lines and ship them to him so that they could match them up.Anyone else have fittament problems with the lines they have ordered ?Dave

The kit I ordered and received for my '84 were a straight swap with the originals.

If you look under the front lid on the false tank you should see your model number, my 85 aspy is GL1200AF

You will notice on Hels website ( <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.helusa.com/store/index.php?cPath=48_49_78_217">http://www.helusa.com/store/index.php?c ... _49_78_217</a><!-- m --> ) that the 85-87 use the numbers AF AG & AH

This would possibley account for the three types.
