My 84 Aspencade laundry list.
Work done:
repaired windshield vent
Repaired headlight wiring
Replaced head cover gaskets
Replaced & adjusted timing belts
Cleaned & refurbished oil soaked timing cover gaskets (Honda discontinued the part)
Installed throttle lock
Removed chrome key console cover (terrible reflection off inside of windshield)
Cleaned oil off damn near everything from the valve covers back

Work to do:
Shifter seal replacement
Choke Cable replacement
Bypass 3 original yellow stator wires (cut off connector, solder new wires from stator to voltage regulator/rectifier)
Replace dog bone main fuse (per tech center article)
Synchronize Carburetors.
Drain, flush and refill hydraulic brake systems.
Repack rear splines with Moly Paste
Drain and Refill rear end gear oil

Okay guys, what am I leaving out?

Now's the time to do it.
I bought the bike, rode 25 miles on it and decided I didn't want
oil all over my feet so up on the stand it went and one thing has led to another and let's get it done all at once.
It's got 112,000 miles. Tires, battery are good. Stator was replaced 10k ago.

When cutting the stator connector, solder in 3 new 12ga wires and run them to the regulator connector and cut that out also and solder ALL the wires there. It's what I did and I've had no worries about burn't connectors in the charging system since...
