Cassette deck workaround

I noticed a lot of post about the cassette player not working. Most of the time it seems the problem is just a belt. While I have this same issue with my LTD I choose to use a cassette converter for my ipod. This doens't need the belt, it only needs to connect with the head of the player. Then you can access your ipod and save lots of room that would have been taken up with cassettes.
I would suggest that you set up some playlist or startout with the ipod playing all the songs in random order. A short extention can be added so the rider can DJ the music and the pilot can keep thier eyes on the road ahead.
