Mirros....
Woke this morning to my bike a victim of a hit and run. :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: Found the bike on its left side with the front fender banged up pretty good, the extension on the kickstand sheared off and the left mirror broken off. I need to get a replacement mirror and new front fender, and hope this is the worse of it. Looking at mirrors to replace, I see 2 different "styles". My question is will either style fit or do I need the one specific for my '84 Aspencade?????

I have this style..... <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.ebay.com/itm/84-Honda-Goldwing-GL1200-A-Left-Mirror-Assembly-/380435135891?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item5893b37d93&vxp=mtr#ht_678wt_1185">http://www.ebay.com/itm/84-Honda-Goldwi ... 678wt_1185</a><!-- m -->

will this work? <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.ebay.com/itm/Honda-Gold-Wing-1200-GL1200-Mirrors-Left-Right-Mirror-/190673077548?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2c6500452c&vxp=mtr#ht_500wt_969">http://www.ebay.com/itm/Honda-Gold-Wing ... _500wt_969</a><!-- m -->

Either will work but you will be much happier with the '84 style. it is different from the other years and the aftermarket mirrors never work very well. It's almost impossible to get them steady. I got some a few years back for my '84 after a crash. Finally found a real Honda one and threw away the aftermarket ones.

Sorry about your misfortune. Good luck.
