Question on shock change on 84 Aspencade
I am changing out my rear air shocks with Progressive 412 gas filled spring shocks--is their a need to plug air line going to rear since it will no longer be used? **==

I would think not. But it wouldn't hurt. I assume you will still have the front air suspension? Do you have the on board air compressor or do you fill them manually? If you have onboard air compressor for filling the air ride then you will need to plug it as you do get some bleed over between the front and rear.

went non air rear on my 82a and didn't plug the lines, but was going to

didn't seem to affect the fronts taking and holding air from the onboard pump,

dunno it this applies to your 84, but you could probably try it out,

i still plan to cap the rear lines if continuing with the non air shocks, i at least made sure the openings were not facing upright
